1.Product Description
1. Pneumatic servo feeder or control feeding roller's speed by frequency converter.
2.Grinding roll is of individual support with eccentric lever engagement structure.
The grinding roll sustains all kinds of stress.
3.The horizontal roller configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into the grinding zone, is easier for removal, installation and maintenance.
4.The speedy and tardy grinding roller are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with advantages of high power transmission, no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.
5.The split configuration design is adopted on this roller mill side frames. The shock pad is fitted at the joint connection.
6.There is roller gap absorption device at the passage to improve feed condition and reduce temperature of grinding roller and material.
