We manufacture maize flour milling machine for making corn grits & corn flour production, for making corn flour(corn flour with low fat, corn gold flour, common corn flour), for making corn bread flour(corn noodles, dumplings flour, etc), for making maize flour, for making corn noodles.

Generally
1. For the small capacity of maize flour mill (under 50tpd), the corn bran and germs will be not extracted separately. Then the feed will be with higher economical price. Still it is ok to add the machine for germs extraction if client need.
2. For the big capacity of maize flour mill, according the raw maize situation, before flour grinding, you need impurities cleaning, stone removing, magnetic selecting, peeling, and embryos extracting.

For a common maize flour mill,
Output Rate:

1. According difference of corn species:
By-products(corn bran & germs): 20-25%
Finished products(corn flour & grits): 75-80%

2. According quality difference:
Corn bran: 10-20%
Germs: 4-8%
Starch milk for corn flour: 10-20%
Horny rate for golden flour or corn grits: 50-60%
